Meet Susie Noddle
Susie Noddle is the founder and principal of Grace Dialogues. Susie's journey into what she calls “Middle Life” began in 2019. She describes it as a switch suddenly flipping. This sparked a wave of both curiosity and concern, igniting her passion for creating a support system and helping other women educate themselves through this stage of life too. Her long term vision for Grace Dialogues is to build a vibrant, supportive community that connects women in their 40s, 50s and 60s with educators and resources they can trust and help navigate their ever evolving lives in confidence.
Before launching Grace Dialogues, she spent 35 years in the commercial real estate industry where she built a career in real estate development, investment and acquisitions, asset management and leasing. Susie graduated from Tulane University with a degree in Art History.
In addition to her professional work, Susie is deeply passionate about philanthropic efforts and is involved in several nonprofit organizations. She currently sits on the board of Beit Ruth, a therapeutic residential village for at risk girls in Israel. Susie has also served on the board of the ADL, has been actively involved in UJA, the Fred and Pamela Buffett Cancer Center - Pancreatic Cancer Center of Excellence, the Harlan J Noddle Memorial Cancer Fund and several other non-profit organizations.
